Services include:
Initial consultation over the phone, text, email, Facetime or in person to see if we’re a good fit for working together, plan for 15 minutes (no charge)
Meeting with me to discuss requirements for obtaining your marriage license, your ideas for your ceremony, those involved in your ceremony, the elements you want to include in your ceremony (don’t worry, I give you options), and of course, you sharing your love story, plan for 2 hours unless you’re a real talker! ($150 deposit required)
My creating a draft of your ceremony and emailing it to you through the final editing process, as many edits as it takes
My attending your rehearsal (during the height of the season this can be difficult but it’s rare that I don’t - I enjoy meeting families before the big day and as I often say, it’s even better than reality t.v.). I will orchestrate your rehearsal in the absence of a planner or venue representative at no additional fee
Presiding over your wedding ceremony ($ 325 balance paid)
My sending you off into happily ever after and follow up filing your marriage license with the appropriate clerk’s office. i am licensed to provide officiant services in 49 out of 50 states (CT does not recognize marriages performed by on line ordination)
Additional services/costs that may be incurred:
Travel to attend a rehearsal or officiate a ceremony outside a 30 -mile radius from my home base in south eastern RI will be charged $25 fee / every 30 additional miles. Please note that my rehearsal attendance is not required by me.
Travel or any other related expenses included overnight stay(s) for presiding over your wedding ceremony in another state (please think Hawaii, I do my best work in the tropics :) - and some countries!
You are responsible for obtaining the appropriate marriage license for your state, and any related costs and fees for doing so.
You are responsible for the cost of purchasing items used during ceremony rituals, i.e. candles, wine, glassware, containers, scrolls, etc.
